Yolanda Sue (Neill) Blanton

Yolanda Sue (Neill) Blanton, age 67 of Pueblo, Colorado formerly of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 1:41 pm on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the Joni Fair Hospice House surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home with Rev. Matt Snell officiating. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery.

Sue was of the Baptist faith.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Tiffanie Blanton; son, Travis Cody Blanton; grandchildren, Cayden Byas, Cambrie Byas, Caisen Byas, Caylani Byas, Bailey Jones, Brylee Hornback, Tinslee Blanton, Kealee Blanton, Jadyn Myrick, Autumn, Troy, Josh, Tony, and Craig; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Lavell “Dub” and Ruth (Herreld) Neill; husband, Charles Curtis Blanton; daughters, Stephanie White and Tammy Blanton; sister, Pamela Neely; brothers, Alfred Neill, Bruce Neill, Ricky Neill, and Kenneth Neill; niece, Rebecca Jaco.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 from 12 noon to 2 pm at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.
