William "Bill" Burke

William “Bill” Burke, age 64 of Brookport, Illinois passed away at 4:52 pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at his residence.

Per his wishes there will not be any services.

Bill retired as a self-employed carpenter.

Bill is survived by his wife of 20 years, Penny Burke; step grandchildren, Lakken Jones and Tyce Daniel; cousin, Dee Schultz and husband Mike; brother-in-law, Jamie Jones; sister-in-law, Robin Greer and husband Tony; special friend, Randy Mason.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Verdine (LaSota) Burke; step daughter, Lisa Jones; brothers, Mike Burke, Rick Burke, and Butch Burke.
