Katheryn M. Riley, 45 of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Katheryn was born on August 5, 1978 to Stephen and Janie (Banks) Castleman. She was a free spirit who loved 80’s music, especially Boy George. She was an amazing artist who loved art and did her best works in drawing and painting.

Katheryn is survived by her parents, Stephen and Opal Castleman; daughters, Joplin Riley, Sophia Riley, Tapainga Sellers (Cheri), and Paris Riley; grandchildren, Isabell Warren, Theo Warren, and Liam Ballou; siblings, Mary Sullivan (Alan), Bobby Farmer, Kathleen Parham (Doug), and Susie Farmer; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mom, Janie Banks; two brothers, James Farmer and Scott Farmer.
