Juanita F. Cummins, age 79 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Saturday morning July 8, 2023 at her residence.
A Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 4:30 pm at the New Life Apostolic Tabernacle, 1117 Bell Avenue, Paducah, Kentucky with Rev. Joe Vance officiating.
Juanita was retired from Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Juanita is survived by her daughter, Gina Wring and husband Jimmy; her son, Eddie Warwick; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; her sister, Nellie Knapp-Kincade; several nieces and nephews.
Juanita was preceded in death by her father, James William Hooker; her mother, Opal Alberta (Bunch) Boyd; two daughters, Tina Marie Hooker and Aleta Mae Warwick; her brother, Robert Hooker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 from 3:00 pm until the service time at New Life Apostolic Tabernacle in Paducah, KY.
