Mrs. Janet Lee (Wright) Proffitt, age 83 of Brookport, Illinois died at her home in California on November 22, 2024.

Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Pell Cemetery with Pastor Justin Wolfe officiating.

Janet is survived by her husband, John Proffitt; her son, Ben Harned; her 4 grandkids, Amber, Aurora, Frankie, and Michael; several great grandkids.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Norman C. Wright and Virginia Wright; her daughter, Kelly Lee Lindop; her sons, Michael Jackson Harned and Robert Duane Harned.
