Bonnie Sue Damron

Bonnie Sue Damron, age 60 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025 at her residence.

A celebration of life visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.

Bonnie was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and donated her time helping others at the Trinity Food Pantry.

Bonnie is survived by her husband, Phillip Embery; daughter, Melissa Sue Rideout; four grandchildren, Gracie Mariposa Harvill, Charles Ethan Watts, Kassandra Ruth Watts, and Nathanial Hendrix Lee Brian; one great granddaughter, Rosaline Fay Hall; two sisters, Marilyn McRae and Kathy Mitchell; one brother, Stephen Damron; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Eugene and Christine Grace (Oliver) Damron; an infant grandson; one brother, Allan Eugene Damron.
