Mrs. Vicki Babb, age 67, of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 9:55 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at her home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Otterbein Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Vicki is survived by her three children, Angela Babb Fiorentini and husband Josh, Ashley Babb and companion Jessica and Kristina Lovell all of Metropolis; five grandchildren, Brandie Wynn and husband Jason, Ashten Babb, Jenna Terry and companion Randy Parmely, Mackenzie Babb and Matthew Craddock all of Metropolis; two great grandchildren, Olivia Parmely and Jordynn Jackson; brother, Mike Childers and wife Judy of Metropolis; two nephews, Dustin Babb and Clay Childers of Metropolis; two nieces, Kim Lang and Kerry Hankins of Metropolis as well as a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vida Jeffords Childers and Paul Edward Childers. Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis is in charge of arrangements.
