Ms. Vera L. Kineman, age 86, of Brookport, IL, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014 at her home.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Mt. Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Brookport with Rev. David LeNeave officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sterling Church Cemetery.Vera was born on June 29, 1928 to Walter and Alice Gower. In 1947, she married Clarence Kineman, Jr. She was a member of Mt. Sterling Presbyterian Church and the Eastern Star.Vera is survived by 4 children, Ronald Kineman and wife Carol of Grantsburg, IL, Clarence Donald Kineman and wife Patricia of Sikeston, MO, Sharon Werner of Unionville, IL, and Michael Kineman and wife Sandy of Paducah, KY; 8 grandchildren, Jeff Werner and wife Sheila and Kevin Werner and wife Lisa both of Unionville, IL, Brian Kineman and wife Maareen of Florham Park, NJ, Adam Kineman and wife Erin of Springfield, MO, Joshua Kineman and wife Amanda of St. Louis, MO, Chad Kineman and Kyle Kineman both of Paducah, KY, and Daniel Kineman of Grantsburg, IL; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; 1 sister, Doris Bell of Paducah, KY; and special friend, Betty Goble of Russellville, AL.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 2 brothers, Marvin Dale Gower and Donald Ray Gower.Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27, from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2 p.m. at the Mt.
