Velda Louise Jones age 77 of Bardwell, KY passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at 12 noon at the Aikins-Farmer- Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home with Bro. Troy DeWeese officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Velda is survived by her children, Tina L. Jones of Lexington, KY and Kenyon H. Jones of Bardwell, KY, two brothers, Ernest Kineman and wife Marlene of Brookport, IL and Lanis Kineman and wife Nancy of Peoria, AZ; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ida B. (Harris) Kineman; one son Michael H. Jones, Three brothers, Amuel, Charles Enos, and William A. Kineman; two sisters, Elva Reynolds and Patricia Kineman.

She enjoyed her family and was a loving mother. She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church and was retired from Harris Engineering, where she made lifelong friends both at church and work.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at 12 noon at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home.
