Tommy Hulsey, age 75 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 6:15 am on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center. Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Metropolis. Dr. Joe Buchanan will officiate. Tommy was a member of First Baptist Church since 1952. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Tommy is survived by his wife of 19 years, Diane Hulsey; daughters, Tammi Anderson, Theresa Hill, Wilma Borum; sons, John Barrett, William Barrett; brother, Felton Hulsey and wife Janice; sister, June Huss; several nieces and nephews; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Elton P. and Ruby Thomason Hulsey; 1st wife, Judy Hulsey; brother, Elton Hulsey.
