Timothy "Ryan" Story 43, of Metropolis passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. Funeral services will be at 11 am Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis with Rev. David Krueger officiating. Burial will follow in Metropolis Memorial Gardens. Ryan was accepted to the WKCTC nursing program, a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, a huge University of Illinois Illini fan, and was self-employed. Ryan is survived by his parents, Danny and Jean Story; daughter, Autumn Brooke Story; two stepdaughters, Sarah Joann Lombard and Kara Ann Lombard; fiancée, Julie Lombard all of Metropolis; one sister, Tracy Story of Springfield, IL. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Aloha Finney, Aline Smith and Charles B. Story. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 6-8pm at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home.
