Terry Wayne Jacobs 64 of Brookport, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services will be 11:00A.M. Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Mt. Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. David LeNeave officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Mr. Jacobs was a devoted member of Mount Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a devoted family man who loved camping trips with Rhoda, wood working, and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Terry was an iron worker for over 33 years out of Local 782 and a third degree master mason for over 31 years. Terry is survived by his wife, Rhoda Ann Jacobs of Brookport; his children, Misty (Jacobs) Wood and companion Richard of Benton, KY, Matthew Jones and Wife Valerie of Brookport, Christy (Jacobs) Powell and husband Casey of Brookport, Dustie (Jacobs) Hammond and husband Rod of Brookport, Jason Emmerson and wife Cassie of Brookport, John Emmerson and companion Sarah of Brookport, Niki (Jacobs) Adams and husband Justin of Brookport, and Jennifer Robertson of Brookport; 24 grandchildren; one sister, Linda Miltinberger and husband Roy of South Bend, IN; two brothers, Bob Jacobs of Brookport and Jerry Jacobs and wife Denise of Brookport; 19 nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Mr. Jacobs was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Iralene Jacobs; three brothers, Ronnie, Denny, and Marty Jacobs; as well as one son, Donald Summers.
