Mr. Terry Ray Babb, age 66, of Brookport, IL, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2016, in Pell Cemetery. Odell Allbritten will officiate. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Mr. Babb was a welder by trade and served his country in the U.S Navy. Terry is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Pegram and husband Sean of Metropolis; two grandchildren, Jacob Pegram and Lane Pegram both of Metropolis; three sisters, Deirdre Allbritten and husband Odell of Metropolis, Gretel Craig and husband David of Brookport, and Leah Slayden of Metropolis; two aunts, Joyce Cook and husband Ray and Kaye Pryor all of Brookport; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray Vernon and Irma Elaine (Pryor) Babb; one sister, Bonita Jane Babb; one brother, Ray Vernon Babb Jr.; one brother-in-law, Phillip Slayden.
