Tammy L. Pugh, 40 of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

There will be no services at this time.

Tammy is survived by her children, Joseph Pugh, Aselena Pugh, Thomas Smith III, Vanessa Acree and Zoey Robbins; mother, Sharon Swafford; siblings, Tommy Swafford, Marlena Swafford and Paul Swafford; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Swafford.
