Rose M. Easley, age 71 of Joppa, Illinois passed away at 10:38 am on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Ohio Chapel Cemetery with Pastor Harvey Baxter officiating.

Rose is survived by her children, Spring Rector, J. Paul Rector, Brandy Mathis, and Allen Mathis; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Wilma Black; brothers, Herman Meyers, William Meyers, and Bobby Meyers; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Henry and Vollena (Hardin) Meyers; an infant daughter; sisters, Ruby Kazort, Lillian Reagan, Spring Rhoades, Emma Averitt, and Betty Joyner; brothers, Robert Meyers, Chuck Meyers, Larry Joe Meyers, and Joseph Meyers.
