Ronald Blane Wyatt, age 69, of West Paducah, KY, died Monday, September 18, 2017. He was born to Howard and Sadie (Bridges) Wyatt on September 11, 1948.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Cypress Masonic Cemetery in Cypress, IL with Marc Glass officiating and military rites.
Mr. Wyatt served in the Vietnam War in the 25th Infantry Division of the US Army and was stationed in Cu Chi, Vietnam. After the war, he was employed by Allied Chemical for 20+ years and enjoyed a lifelong hobby of restoring classic cars. Ronald married Anita Spurlock on July 22, 1994.
Ronald is survived by his wife of 23 years, Anita; his daughter, Tammi Wyatt Halverson Bell of Paducah, KY; two stepsons, Bryant Hileman of Paducah, KY and Jacent Jackson of Fairfax, CA; five grandchildren, Rosemary, Patrick, Robert, Joey and Alexander; six step-grandchildren, Kaylee, Ally, Jack, Ella, Madigan and Henry; siblings, Sandra (Wyatt) Phillips of Cairo, IL, Cheryl (Wyatt) Glass, Debra (Wyatt) Roberts, and Justin Wyatt all of Metropolis. He is also survived by his and Anita's beloved pets.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home from 11am until 1pm on Friday, September 22, 2017.
Memorial contributions may be given in Ronald's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital Dept. 142 PO Box 1000 Memphis, TN 38101.
