Rebecca Contractor, age 65 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away on Thursday afternoon March 2, 2023 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home.

Rebecca is survived by her significant other, Bridget Matherne; sons, Sammy Query and wife Sonya, James Wheeler, and Steven Benton; grandchildren, Sammy, Dynasty, J.T., Drake, Michael, Luke, Karmen, Alex, Destiny, and Abigail; great grandchildren, Kora, Kairi, Bentley, Paisley, Malex, Mizick, Zander, and Zavier; sisters, Patsy Griffith and Marilyn Kosmatka; several nieces and nephews.

Rebecca was preceded in death  by her parents, Sammy Mounce and Wilma (Cole) Mounce Heflin; step dad, Leonard Heflin.
