Phyllis Miller Neal, 96 of Carmel, IN formerly of Metropolis, IL died September 19, 2013 at Manor Care at Summer Trace in Carmel, IN. Phyllis is survived by her son, Patrick (Linda) Neal; one niece; five great nieces; one great nephew; and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.Phyllis touched the lives of many with her spirit and enthusiasm for life. She always felt that friends and family were her life's joy. She will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 2 pm at the Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 605 Metropolis Street, Metropolis, IL. Rev. Dan Whitfield will officiate.
