Patsy Ann Harris, age 79 of Metropolis, Illinois, passed away at 1:10 pm on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Metropolis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the IOOF Cemetery in Metropolis with Rev. Jon Cockrel officiating.

Patsy was retired from West Kentucky Community and Technical College, where she taught nursing. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Metropolis.

Patsy is survived by her son, Kyle Harris; grandchildren, Landon Harris and Lexi Harris; sister, Betty Rheeling; brother, Louis Rheeling; 1 niece, Jennifer Rheeling; 1 nephew, Dave Rheeling.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Mary (Kennedy) Rheeling; sister, Sandra Rheeling; sister-in-law, Lois Rheeling.

There will not be any visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
