Pamela Ann Neely age 70 of Paducah, KY passed away Sunday May 5, 2019 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, KY.  She was born Sept. 11, 1948 in Metropolis, IL to Lavell and Ruth (Herreld) Neill.

Graveside and burial services will be Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 1 p.m.  at the Mt. Sterling Presbyterian Church Cemetery, with Rev. Jack Russell officiating.

Pamela is survived by her 4 children, Michele Stephens Arnold, Chantelle Rose and husband David, Robert Neely and Brian Neely; one sister Yolanda Sue Blanton, 10 grandchildren, Lauren, Dalton, Markie, Olivia, Mallory, Cybill, Katelin, Josh, Aiden and Ethan; 3 great grandchildren, Bella, Darby and Bentley, and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Truman Lynn Neely, 3 brothers, Alfred, Bruce and Ricky Neill.

She attended and was a member of Heartland Church and owned and operated a retail store.

Memorials may be given in her name to Heartland Church, 4777 Alben Barkley Dr.  Paducah, KY  42001.

There will be not be any visitation, family and friends are asked to go to the cemetery directly. Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
