Norma Jean Rich, age 87 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 3:09 pm on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at her residence. Private burial will be held at the Round Springs Cemetery. Norma was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Norma is survived by her daughter, Joellen Crouch and husband Jim of Lower Lake, CA; 2 nephews, Rodney Brugger and wife Helise and family, Jeffrey Brugger and wife Kristen and family. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, William and Freda (Spell) Grandstaff; husband, James Clyde Rich; sister, Geneva Reynolds.
