Mrs. Norma L. Ham, age 86, of Metropolis, IL, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Baptist Health Paducah.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2014, in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens with Rev. Louis W. Brinker officiating.Norma Copley was united in marriage with Rudy Ham on December 24, 1948. Mrs. Ham was a member of the Metropolis First Baptist Church and worked at Humma's Drug Store in Metropolis.Norma is survived by her granddaughter, Heather Routen of Mayfield, KY; 2 great-grandchildren, Gracie and Bennett Routen of Mayfield, KY; 1 niece, Lollie Hamm of Metropolis; and 1 nephew, Duane Bland of Thousand Oaks, CA.She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Lydia Copley; husband, Rudy Ham; and special niece Pat Bland.Expressions of sympathy may be given to the Metropolis First Baptist Church Building Fund 307 Massac Creek Road Metropolis, IL 62960.Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.Online Condolences may be left at www.aikinsfarmer-millerfh.com.
