Milburn Robinson 74 of Brookport, IL passed away December 24, 2015 at Baptist Health in Paducah, Ky.A native of Robbs, IL, MR. Robinson has lived in Brookport for over Forty years. He was born September 10, 1941 to the late Oakley and Effie Robinson. Funeral services will be at 1:00P.M. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at The Brookport Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Emmerson officiating. Burial will follow at the Temple Hill Cemetery with a meal following at the St. Stephens Lutheran Church. He is survived by his wife of over Fifty two years Pat (Bakehouse) Robinson, one sister; Jane Myers and husband Tom of Anna-Jonesboro; Three children; Lisa Robinson Penrod and husband Patrick of Metropolis, Lori Robinson Stephens and husband Joe of West Paducah, and Larry and wife Brandi Jeffords Robinson of Temple Hill, six grandchildren; Adam Penrod and wife Shelby, Emily Penrod, Shelby Stephens, Isaac Robinson, Lilly Robinson, and Holly Robinson as well as several nieces nephews and Cousins. Milburn owned his own Barber shop in Brookport for over forty seven years, He loved to Barber, He loved camping and traveling, and his family. He was a volunteer fireman, city alderman for several years, and was a member of St. Stephens Church at Midway. Visitation will be from 5:00P.M. until 8:00P.M. on Monday, December 28, 2015 at The Brookport Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Larry Robinson, Patrick Penrod, Joe Stephens, Adam Penrod, Isaac Robinson, and Bill Brown. Honorary Pallbearers Leland Bakehouse, Tom Myers, and Andy Gee.
