Mr. Michael Wayne Harmon, age 62, of Marion, IL, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at the Aikins-Farmer Brookport Chapel with Rev. Larry Call officiating. Burial will follow in Pell Cemetery. Mr. Harmon was a member of the First Christian Church of Brookport and retired from GTE after 30 years. Michael is survived by his mother and stepfather, Dorothy and Bobby Reynolds of Brookport, IL; stepbrother, Charles Reynolds of Kankakee, IL; stepsister, Amy Kiefer of Germantown, WI. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Harmon; grandparents, Tyra Angelly, Ethel Reiman, Eva Harmon and James Harmon. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, at the Aikins-Farmer Brookport Chapel.
