Mary Helen (Wehrmeier) Bremer, 96 of Florissant, MO, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Villages of St. Peters in St. Peters, Missouri.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 4, 2023 at St. John Church, 6201 Waldo Church Road, Metropolis, IL 62960 with Rev. Josh Wehrmeier officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mary is survived by her son, Tony Bremer and wife Jan; two granddaughters, Kristin Hayes and husband A.J. and Kaitlin Gardner and husband Logan; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Wehrmeier and Lydia Anna (Korte) and step-father  Ed Werfelman; husband, Raymond B. Bremer; son Curtis Bremer; brothers Lindell and Leon Wehrmeier.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral at 11:00 a.m.
