Mrs. Mary Hempler, age 93, of Cleveland, OH, formerly of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016 in Cleveland, OH.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 29, 2016, at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy A. Bean officiating. Burial will follow in Anderson Cemetery. Mary is survived by her daughter, Mary Jane Ruttinger and husband Jim of Chesterland, OH; grandson, Michael Ruttinger and wife Sarah Palagyi of Cleveland Heights, OH; granddaughter, Sarah Ruttinger of Los Angeles, CA.She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Cora (Parker) Stewart; husband, Noah "Pard" Hempler; and 11 brothers and sisters, Paul Stewart, Robert Stewart, Harold Stewart, Harry "Hank" Stewart, Carl "Doc" Stewart, Brady Stewart, Emma Griffey, Mabel Lee, Irene Sommer, Lannis Stewart and David Stewart.
