Ms. Martha Border, age 76 of Northlake, IL, formerly of Brookport, IL, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016, at the Foster G. Mcgaw Hospital in Proviso Township, IL. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the Brookport Funeral Home with Rev. David LeNeave officiating. Burial will follow in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens. Martha is survived by three children, Janet Vickers-Bielech and husband Keith, Terry Vickers, and John L Bruner Jr. and companion Jim Graziano; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, two sisters and their extended families. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dena and Ottis Border Sr. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 6 at the Brookport Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at noon.A note from her children: For someone who has been here for us in good times and bad, we would like to show you that you are thought about and loved every day.
