Ms. Marilyn Womack, age 67, of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 5:02 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Southgate Health Care Center.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at the Aikins Farmer Funeral Home. Pastor Shawn Vandergriff will officiate. There will be no burial.Marilyn attended First Church of God in Metropolis for many years.Marilyn is survived by her sister, Sue Bowman of Metropolis, IL; brother, Bill (Trish) Womack of Belgrade, MT; nephews, Lyle (Rachel) Womack of Grand Chain and James Michael Bowman of Metropolis; niece, Twila Sue (David) Burrows of Metropolis. She was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Nellie (Nokes) Womack; special friend Lee Potterbaum; brother-in-law, James D.
