Ms. Margaret Sielbeck, age 79, of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at her son's home.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Macedonia Church Cemetery.Margaret is survived by two sons, Chris Sielbeck and wife Tina of Metropolis and Chad Sielbeck and wife Janette of Old Lyme, CT; six grandchildren, Christopher and wife Tara of Brookport, David Sielbeck and Emilee Sielbeck both of Metropolis, and Chase, Rachal, and Max Sielbeck of Old Lyme, CT; three great grandchildren, Raelyn, Michael, and Katherine Sielbeck all of Brookport; one sister, Linda Troutt of Metropolis; one brother, Dr. Morris Anderson and wife Darlenia of Maryville, TN; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents, Lyndell and Sarah (Mizell) Anderson; husband, Dale Sielbeck; brother, Robert Anderson; brother-in-law, Lowell Troutt.Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. funeral hour at Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home.Expressions of sympathy may be given in the form of donations to the Baptist Children's Home and Family Services 949 County Road 1300 N.
