Linda Sue Cremeens age 67 of Metropolis, IL passed away Wednesday January 6, 2016 at the Lourdes hospital in Paducah, Ky. She was born January 17, 1948 to Russell and Lula (Becker) Lewis in Cincinnati, Ohio. Funeral services will be Saturday Jan. 9, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Peterson officiating.She is survived by Two sons, Michael Shawn Hurst and Kip and (Amy) Hurst; Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Carrell and Peggy Wood, two brothers, Russell and Gary Lewis, several nieces and nephews, and cousins survive.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Ellen Gurley.She was Baptized and raised in the Baptist faith.Memorials may be given to the Faith Tabernacle Food Pantry, c/o Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home P.O Box 760 Metropolis, IL 62960.Friends may call at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 12 noon until the funeral hour at 2 p.m.
