Obituary

Kenneth Allen "Kenny" Moore, age 63 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 4:38 pm on Friday, January 9, 2026 at his residence.

There will not be any services.

Kenny worked for many years as a Professional Painter in Western Kentucky and the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Kenny is survived by his sister, Amy Darnell (Brad); brother, Doug Moore; nieces and nephews, Bobby Davis, David B. Davis (Allie), Alex Neihoff, Abby Neihoff (Bryce), Ezra Darnell (Hannah), and Sylas Darnell (Mariah); great nieces and great nephews, Natalie Davis, Kasen Darnell, and Jasper Darnell; uncle, Bob Carr; aunts, Linda Rick and Lorna English; brother-in-law, David P. Davis; several cousins and close friends.

Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Joseph B. Moore; mother and step father, Gail (Carr) Powell and husband Ralph W. Powell; sisters, Kristie Ann Isoline and Pamela Jo Davis; nephew, Jason Michael Click; several aunts and uncles.
