Kathryn Louise Burrus age 94 of Brookport passed away Sept. 2, 2019 at her home with her family by her side. She was born Oct. 18, 1924 to Oliver and Jeffe (Farmer) Woods, who preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Kathryn is survived by one son, Herbert Burrus and wife Connie of Unionville, IL; along with several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Burrus and 8 siblings, Coliver, Claud, Jimmy, Charles, Wilma, Mary, Geneva and Helen.

She was a life-long active member of Mt. Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church and worked at the Good Luck Glove Factory.

Friends may call at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019 from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11 a.m.
