Kathleen Lucille Laird age 93 of Joppa, IL passed away Saturday Sept. 6, 2014 at 8:45 a.m. at the Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis, IL. She was born December 10, 1920 to Harvey and Grace (Harris) Anderson.Graveside and Burial services will be Wednesday Sept. 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Anderson Cemetery in the Boaz Community with Bro. David Wright officiating.Kathleen is survived by one son, Roger Dean Laird and wife Peggy of Lone Oak, KY., Two granddaughters, Tracey Rice and husband Craig of Lone Oak, KY and Kelly Castleman and husband Brad of Grand Chain, IL; Four great grandchildren, one sister, Joyce Windhorst and husband Howard of Joppa, IL; several nieces and nephews.Mrs. Laird was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alvin P.
