Mr. Joseph Michael Rushing, age 51, of Tabernacle Township, NJ, formerly of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013 at his residence.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the Aikins Farmer Funeral Home. Rev. Frank Forthman will officiate. Mike served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant for 10 years. Mike is survived by his wife, Monica (Coomer) Rushing; 1 daughter, Jennifer Lynn Kromer and husband Daniel of Clarksville, TN; 1 sister, Jacquline Sue Barham and husband Chuck of Moline, IL; 1 brother, James P.
