John T. "J.T." Faughn, age 77 of rural Brookport, Illinois passed away on Friday evening April 8, 2022 at his residence.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home.

J.T. was a retired carpenter, was of the Christian faith, an avid member of the National Hot Rod Association, and served his country in the United States Army.

J.T. is survived by his brothers, Michael Faughn and wife Patti and Jeffrey Faughn; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews.

J.T. was preceded in death by his parents, Hal and Flora Belle (Douglas) Faughn; sisters, Lauressa Clauson, Mary Hogan, Cheryl Gillette, Madelyn Higgins, Gloria Fenolia, Sandra Belle Clauson, and Myra Buchanan; one brother, Paul Faughn.
