Mrs. Jacklyn Wilkins, age 72 of Metropolis, IL passed away at 9:30 am on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the Metropolis Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.Graveside services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Masonic Cemetery in Belknap, IL. Rev. David Siere will officiate.Jacklyn is survived by a son, Ray Wilkins and wife Lisa of Metropolis, IL; a daughter, Sheryl Bauman of Kankakee, IL; 6 grandchildren; several sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews.Jacklyn was preceded in death by her parents, Charles H. and Nelly O'Donnell; husband, James H. Wilkins; several sisters and 1 brother.There will not be any visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the services.Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis, IL is in charge of arrangements.
