Mrs. Helen Margaret Henderson, age 99, of Grantsburg, IL, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at the Metropolis Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Metropolis.Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, December 29, 2014, at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Forthman officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic #10 Cemetery in New Columbia, IL.Helen was a sewer/seamstress for Fred. V. Gentches Manufacturing in Elkhart, IN for many years. She also was a member of New Hope Baptist Church where she was baptized as a young girl.Helen is survived by 4 children, Orval Henderson of Grantsburg, IL, Reba Dvorak and husband Wally of Streamwood, IL, Ina Mae Lindsey of New Columbia, IL, and Roger Henderson and wife January of Grantsburg, IL; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Flora (Farris) Staton; husband of 60+ years, Clifford F.
