Mrs. Helen M. Berry, age 86, of Metropolis, IL, died on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Massac Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Metropolis Memorial Gardens with Pastor Tom Emmerson officiating. Burial will follow. Mrs. Berry owned and operated The Berry Patch and Bride's Choice in Metropolis for many years. Helen is survived by her daughter, Pam Bremer and husband Steve; two grandsons, Jason Bremer and wife Courtney and Nick Bremer and wife Samantha; two great grandsons, Henry Bremer and Reed Bremer; one stepdaughter-in-law, Jerry Berry; three sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Lott, Sylvia Lott, and Reba Dvorak; one brother-in-law, Joe Woody; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Bob Lauderdale; 2nd husband, Charles Berry; parents, George and Laura Lott; one great granddaughter, Reagan Bremer; one stepson, Larry Berry; five siblings, John Lott, Calvin Lott, Leonard Lott, Ruby Woody, and Mary Lou Burkholder. Visitation will be held from 9am-11am on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis. Condolences may be left online at www.aikinsfarmer-millerfh.com.
