Glenda Dean, age 70 of Brookport, Illinois passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022 at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis with Rev. Loren McNair officiating. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery in Metropolis.

Glenda owned and operated several restaurants in Metropolis.

Glenda is survived by her husband of 19 years, Michael Dean; daughter, Crystal Wallace and husband Ricky; son, Josh Mitchell; grandchildren, James Dahl (Charlene Anderson) and Kathleen Cunningham (Jacob Hall); great grandchildren, Sylvia Dahl and Vyper Dahl; brother, Leon Stockdahl; step children, Phillip Dean, Jonathon Dean, and Deborah Dean; numerous step grandchildren  and step great grandchildren.

Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Lois Collins Snyder; brother, Gary Snyder.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 11 am until 1 pm at Aikins-Farmer-Loftus-McManus Funeral Home in Metropolis.
