Mrs. Georgia Louise (Maples) Wynne, 83 of Alexandria Care Center, IN, formerly of Brookport, IL, passed away at 5:47 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2023 at the Alexandria Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Otterbien Cemetery in New Liberty, IL. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Georgia was a hairdresser for many years and loved played Bingo and other activities at the Care Center. Her favorite passion in life was to pull pranks and fuss with someone. Georgia loved and missed her family.

Georgia is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Jeffries and husband Harold of Summitville, IN; grandchildren, Jason (Lacie) Putman of Elwood, IN, Matthew (Mattie) Jeffries of Marion, IN, Stephen (Breanne) Jeffries of Gas City, IN, Randy (Jenny) Harris of Noblesville, IN, Wesley (Brittney) Harris of Brownsburg, IN, Ryan (Paige) Wynne of Lincoln, NE, Melissa (Mike) Grawbowski of Brownsburg, IN, and Beth (Anna) Droste-Glowinski of Indianapolis, IN; great grandchildren, Mason Putman, Landin Jeffries, Reid Jeffries, Bostyn Jeffries, Claire Jeffries, Jemma Jeffries, Isla Harris, Alex Harris, Lexi Cherry, Ellie, Lila, Josie and Charlotte Droste-Glowinski, Grace and Nora Grawbowski; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward Maples, Violet Mae (Webb) Covert and Fred Raymond Covert; husband, Donald Eugene Wynne; son, Michael Eugene Wynne; daughter, Doris Jean (Wynne, Harris) Droste; granddaughter, Jennifer Droste.
