Frank Joe Busby, at the age of 70 passed away on September 9, 2019 in Yorkville, Illinois.

A gentle man, loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. Mr. Busby retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company with 31 years of service; was a member of the UAW union, gave on a weekly basis to United Way, and was a regular donor to the blood bank.

He was preceded in death by his father Paul Busby, mother Florence Busby, brother, Paul David Busby and sister, Donna Faye Mosier.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Roberta Joyce (Webb) Busby; 3 sons, Joseph Craig Busby and wife Misty of Yorkville, IL, Kevin Tod Busby and wife Tonya of Benton, KY, and Mark Drennen Busby and wife Danielle of Cape Coral, FL; his 5 grandchildren, Coral Dawne, Kaitlyn Denise, Chloe Fisher, Lukas Tod, and Madelyn Martinez; his 4 brothers, Larry, Noel, James, and Benny; his 2 sisters, Betty and Freida. He is also survived by a loving and wonderful extended family.

Visitation will be held on Monday evening September 16, 2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm at Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home, 7742 South US Highway 45, Brookport, Illinois 62910.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Woodruff and Bro. Jeff Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Otterbein Cemetery.
