Mrs. Frances Sims, age 68, of Metropolis, IL, passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her home. There will be no services at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.Frances is survived by her husband, Timothy Sims Sr.; three stepchildren, Ennis Sims, Timothy Sims II and wife Angel, and Kellie Latham; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her father; mother, Opal Paige; two brothers; one sister. Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
