Frances Dee Burris Duley, age 71 of Joppa, Illinois passed away at 3:45 am on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home. Rev. David Keyes will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillerman Baptist Church Cemetery.Frances was born in Metropolis, IL and raised by her grandparents, Samuel Fred and Dona Ida (Knight) Carvencer.
