Esperanza S. Kaufmann, 89, of Brookport, Illinois passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home. Esperanza is survived by three children; Otto Kaufmann and wife Olga, Frank Kaufmann and wife Remy and Anita O'Brien and husband Hank, ten grandchildren; Tiana, Justin, Michi, James, Farrah, Otto, Rosemary, Joel, Jason and Josh, seventeen great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Christian, Zach, Jordan, Nick, Mikey, Christine, Christopher, Joel, Hannah, Elijah, Christian, Justin, Rylie, Alyssa, Tristan, and Kyli; as well as seven great-great grandchildren; Mia, Miley, Malakai, Ava, Kereonna, Makenna, and Nova. She was preceded in death by her father Benaldo Salinas, her Husband Otto Kaufmann, and one daughter Erna Kaufmann. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home.
