Obituary
Ernest A. Rick, age 65, of Bridgeview, IL, formerly of Metropolis, passed away on Friday August 2, 2013 at his residence.A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the Aikins Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis. Rev. Russell Gilbert will officiate. Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery with military rites.Mr. Rick was a veteran of the United States Army serving 3 tours in Vietnam.Aikins Farmer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
