Erma Lora Corzine age 92 of Metropolis, IL passed away Tuesday July 22, 2014 at the Metropolis Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Metropolis, IL, She was born in Big Bay, Community to William and Sophia (Foss) Brenningmeyer.Funeral services will be Saturday, July 26, 2014 at the Zion United Church of Christ with Dr. James Nelson and Rev. David Deem officiating, with burial to follow in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens.She is survived by several nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband James (Tiny) Corzine, Three sisters, Mabel Livingston, Aline Cummins and Alvena Hausman, Four Brothers, Noah, Louie, William, and Henry Brenningmeyer.She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ where she was confirmed at an early age, and Eastern Star Banner Chapter #614 of Ganntown where she was 3 times worthy matron and past Worthy High Priestess of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. She was a retired bank teller of City National Bank and was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club.Memorial may be given to the Zion United Church of Christ, 1132 Country Club Rd.
