Elizabeth (Liz) Maxine (Davison) Faulkner, age 61, passed away a little past 10 pm on Christmas Day. Liz was born November 2, 1955 at Riverside Hospital in Paducah, KY to Beulah Mae (Head) Davison and William Henry Davison, Sr. She was the youngest of twelve children. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. at AikIns-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis, IL on Friday, December 30, 2016 with Rev. David LeNeave officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Liz is survived by son, Jeremiah Dyer of Brookport, IL; granddaughter, Jordan Dyer of Metropolis, IL, grandson, Hunter Dyer of Metropolis,IL; three brothers, Grover Davison of Rochester, NH, Edward Davison of Purdy, MO, and Michael Davison and wife, Regina of Calvert City, KY; four sisters, Patricia Klempke of Paducah, KY, Louise Mores and husband, Mike of Bowling Green, KY, Gail Redmond and husband Clair of Metropolis, IL, and Loretta Murphy and husband Jim of Yukon, OK, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Jane Davison of Norwood, OH and brother-in-law, Ted Thomas of Eddyville, KY. Liz is preceded in death by parents; husband, Bennie Faulkner; three brothers: William Davison, Jr., Roy Davison and Harve Davison (who died as an infant), and one sister, Margorie Thomas.
