Ms. Eileen Wright, age 85 of Metropolis, IL, passed away at 11:55 am on Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Masonic #10 Cemetery in New Columbia, IL. Eileen is survived by 5 children, Kenneth Bullock, Rodger Bullock, Michael Wright, Dianne Griffith, and Matthew Wright; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 sister Betty Jane; and several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Ida (Mays) Williams, her husband Elmer Wright, 3 brothers and sisters, Lilly Burnham, Katherine Rehak, and Harold Williams; and one son Butch Henderson.There will be no visitation. Friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery.Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
