Mr. David W. LaGore, age 60, of Metropolis, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at the Massac Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 15, 2016, at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery with Joe Meyer officiating. Burial will follow with military rites. There will be no visitation. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. David is survived by his sons, Charles David LaGore and James William LaGore; six grandchildren, Alexis LaGore, Ansley LaGore, Lillian LaGore, James Aaron LaGore, Lane LaGore, and Landon LaGore; sister, Wanda LaGore; and niece and nephews, Susie Pearl, Ricky Pearl, and Justin Flannigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ruth (Nichols) LaGore; brother, Terry David LaGore. Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
