David A.M. Keyes, age 77, of Paducah, KY passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Lourdes Hospital.

He was a mason of 48 years at Mt. Moriah Lodge #51 in Hillsboro, IL. He was also a retired pastor who absolutely loved to be Santa each year during Christmas at Kentucky Oaks Mall.

David is survived by his wife of 54 years, Donna Keyes of Paducah; his daughter, Tammy Keyes of Paducah; his son, Patrick Keyes of Metropolis, IL; his grandson, Steven Harris of Paducah; his sister, Patricia Eller of Vandalia, IL; his sister, Teresa Alexander of Fillmore, IL; his brother, Jim Evans of Fillmore, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his father, Charles Mahlon Keyes; his mother, Bonnie (Brown) Evans; his grandson, Seth Alan Staples; his sister, Mickey Harrison; his sister, Dana Heck; and his brother, Larry Keyes.

There will not be any visitation. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Glendale Cemetery, on Burg Road, Fillmore, Illinois. David Clark will officiate the service, which will be preceded by Masonic burial rites.
